Mr. Blue Sky
Today I happened upon a local man who has been flying kites competitively for 20 years. On windy days, Arthur St. Pierre frequents the beaches around the South End of New Bedford with about a dozen different kites in tow, though at home he has over 100 in his collection. Thanks to Mr. St. Pierre for letting me photograph him today.
